UNDERSTATED LUXURY This stunning contemporary kitchen features an array of high tech materials and exciting design elements.  Perhaps the most jaw-dropping being the swim up pool to the kitchen window complete with underwater porthole, perfect for summer entertaining.  The design aesthetic for this project called for a strong crisp colour palette, sleek lines, clever detailing and sophisticated material selections to compliment the modern architectural details of this home.  These same elements were also incorporated into 3 separated bathrooms, hallway storage and the laundry of this home.  The black Fenix cabinets also cleverly house a hidden laundry chute connected from the bedrooms above, through the kitchen and down to the basement laundry below.  Appliance selections were carefully considered to achieve modern design detailing whilst providing luxurious functionality.
